The Expert track is for freelancers, web developers, and small agencies building for clients on Lovable. Get certified on what you've shipped, get discovered by clients in the directory, and earn commission on every Lovable Business plan account you bring to Lovable.
A Pro subscription or higher is all you need.
What Experts get.
Directory listing
A verified profile in the shared partner directory, with select projects you've shipped on Lovable. Clients can see the work behind your profile before hiring you.
Certified Expert badge
Earned on certification completion, and stamped with the year you were certified. A Lovable-branded credibility signal.
Commission on referred Lovable Business subscriptions
Earn 10% commission on all clients you bring to Lovable on a Business subscription. Commission is paid for the first 12 months of the client's subscription, and only for as long as the client continues to pay.
Education & enablement
Expert-specific content covering client workspace setup, security, and SEO.
Flexibility
Switch to the Solutions Partner track anytime as you grow into earning commission on Enterprise deals.
Expert certification.
The Expert certification is designed for what Experts deliver: it assesses build quality based on what you have actually shipped. There are two parallel certification tracks, earned independently or together:
Website builder
SEO foundations, custom domains, production delivery.
App builder
Auth, RLS, edge functions, connectors.
Certification is valid for one year. Your badge is stamped with the year you were certified. To keep your badge and directory listing current, you re-certify each year against that year's criteria.
Automated project assessment
Gates and signals from real account activity. Assessment is based on the projects you have built, regardless of which workspace they were built in.
Academy learning module completion
Security & client delivery, SEO/AEO.
Light manual moderation pass
We review projects that are listed in the directory.
The assessment looks at the projects you've built, in any workspace. Here's exactly what each track requires:
Website builder
Meet every requirement below, plus at least one of the extra signals.
- ✓3 or more published projects, each live on its own custom domain
- ✓At least one project with a security scan on record
- ✓No open findings for exposed secrets (API keys, tokens, credentials) on any of your projects
- +A connector configured on one of your projects
- +A custom secret set up on one of your projects
- +A project with 50+ visitor sessions in the last 30 days
- +A project in a workspace connected to GitHub
App builder
Meet every requirement below, plus at least one of the extra signals.
- ✓3 or more published projects with their own live backend, each with at least one real signed-in user (projects sharing a backend count once)
- ✓At least one project with a security scan on record
- ✓No open findings for exposed secrets or missing row-level security on any of your projects
- ✓At least one project that has actually run an edge function
- ✓A connector configured on one of your projects
- +A project with 50+ visitor sessions in the last 30 days
- +A project with AI usage in the last 90 days
- +An additional project running edge functions
Expert track eligibility.
- ✓Individuals or small agencies serving SMBs up to Mid market companies
- ✓On a paid subscription (Pro or higher)
- ✓Passes Lovable Certification
- ✓No fraud flags, no projects removed for ToS violations
- ✓Able to meet KYC and tax reporting obligations through our payouts provider to receive commission payments
- ✓Not located in a restricted country
